On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of mechanical engineering.
Regulation on Minimum Knowledge of the "Forging and Stamping" Sector at Intermediate Level - Illustrative Image
According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements that learners need to achieve after graduating from intermediate level, college level in the forging and stamping sector, issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the forging and stamping sector is as follows:
- Presenting the conventions and symbols on the forging drawing;
- Presenting the utility, structure, working principles, and usage scope of forging and stamping block and sheet equipment and tools;
- Analyzing the characteristics and properties of common materials used in forging and stamping and the factors affecting the properties of metal during heating, forging, and stamping;
- Presenting the method for selecting the furnace, heating methods, and metal heating policies;
- Presenting the principles for drafting free forging, block stamping, and sheet stamping technological processes;
- Presenting the methods for using and saving energy sources in forging and stamping;
- Presenting the structure, measuring methods, and preservation of measuring tools used in the forging and stamping profession;
- Recognizing common forging and stamping defects; identifying causes as well as preventive and corrective measures;
- Presenting the measures to ensure industrial hygiene and labor safety in the forging and stamping profession;
- Presenting basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense, security, and physical education as per regulations.
