Regulations on Methods and Deadlines for Submitting Reports on Universal Education and Literacy Eradication

On June 29, 2020, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating the periodic reporting regulations under the state management scope of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT prescribes the methods and deadlines for submitting reports on educational universalization and illiteracy eradication under the management function of the Ministry of Education and Training as follows:

Methods of submitting and receiving reports: Implemented as prescribed in Article 6 of this Circular.

Report data cutoff date: From October 1 of the year preceding the reporting period to September 30 of the reporting year.

Report submission deadlines:

In the case of paper reports:

- The Commune People's Committee submits the report to the District People's Committee before October 3 each year.- The District People's Committee submits the report to the Provincial People's Committee before October 5 each year.- The Provincial People's Committee submits the report to the Ministry of Education and Training before October 10 each year.

In the case of reports through the Ministry of Education and Training's Reporting Information System:

- The Commune People's Committee completes data entry on the Education Universalization and Illiteracy Eradication Management Information System before October 3 each year.- The District People's Committee completes data entry on the Education Universalization and Illiteracy Eradication Management Information System before October 5 each year.- The Provincial People's Committee completes data entry on the Education Universalization and Illiteracy Eradication Management Information System before October 10 each year.
