Recently, Circular 33/2018/TT-BLDTBXH has been issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating training at the college, intermediate, and primary levels in the form of distance education and guided self-study.
Currently, students enrolled in remote distance learning programs at the college, intermediate, and primary levels, with guided self-study, are awarded diplomas and certificates as guided by Circular 33/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, specifically as follows:

- Students who complete the college-level training program through remote distance learning, with guided self-study are awarded college diplomas in accordance with Circular 10/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated March 13, 2017, issued by the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, which stipulates the templates for intermediate, college diplomas; printing, management, issuance, withdrawal, and cancellation of diplomas in intermediate and college education.- Students who complete the intermediate-level training program through remote distance learning, with guided self-study are awarded intermediate diplomas in accordance with Circular 10/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.- Students who complete the primary-level training program through remote distance learning, with guided self-study are awarded primary certificates in accordance with Circular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH.- Students who complete individual subjects, modules, and credits through remote distance learning, with guided self-study as organized by vocational education institutions or enterprises according to Clause 5, Article 6 of this Circular are awarded certificates of completion for those subjects, modules, and credits. The certificates of completion of subjects, modules, and credits are recognized within the vocational education system and can be used as a basis for skills assessment and for continuing education towards obtaining primary certificates, intermediate diplomas, and college diplomas.
According to this Circular, diploma and certificate templates; printing, management, issuance, withdrawal, and cancellation of diplomas and certificates in remote, self-guided training at the college, intermediate, and primary levels are carried out in accordance with Circular 10/2017/TT-BLDTBXH for college and intermediate levels, where the form of education is not specified, and Circular 42/2015/TT-BLDTBXH for primary level.
The completion certificate templates for subjects, modules, and credits are prescribed by the heads of vocational education institutions or enterprises, specifying the content, training duration, and results/grades of the student.
