Regulations on inspection flags, traditional inspection flags from January 01, 2019

Pursuant to Article 4 of Circular 20/2018/TT-BNNPTNT, the regulation regarding Kiem Ngu flags and traditional Kiem Ngu flags must comply with the following requirements:

1. Kiem Ngu Flag

Made of navy blue fabric in an isosceles triangle shape, with the base length being 2/3 (two-thirds) of its height; both sides are bordered in yellow. In the center of the flag is the Kiem Ngu emblem, with a white outline and a diameter equal to 2/3 (two-thirds) of the base. The flag dimensions are as follows:

- Flag attached to vehicles, motorboats with a base length of 28 cm;- Flag attached to Kiem Ngu ships with a length of under 50 m, with a base length of under 64 cm;- Flag attached to Kiem Ngu ships with a length of 50 m or more, with a base length of 80 cm;- The Kiem Ngu flag pattern is specified as follows:

2. Traditional Kiem Ngu Flag

Made of navy blue fabric in a rectangular shape, with the width being 2/3 (two-thirds) of the length; along the left side, there is a yellow fringe. In the center of the flag is the Kiem Ngu emblem, with a diameter equal to 1/2 (one-half) of the flag's width. The outer rim of the emblem is white, and above the Kiem Ngu emblem is the uppercase white text "BAO VE NGUON LOI THUY SAN" placed symmetrically:

- Traditional flag of the Kiem Ngu Department, below the Kiem Ngu emblem is the uppercase white text "CUC KIEM NGU" placed symmetrically;- Traditional flag of Kiem Ngu Regional Sub-department, below the Kiem Ngu emblem is the uppercase white text “CHI CUC KIEM NGU VUNG ...” placed symmetrically;- Traditional flag of provincial Kiem Ngu, below the Kiem Ngu emblem is the uppercase white text “KIEM NGU TINH ....” placed symmetrically;- The text on the flag has a height equal to 1/10 (one-tenth) of the flag's width.- The pattern for the traditional flag is specified as follows:
