- The table of charges for registration and maintenance fees for the use of the national domain name ".vn," as well as the registration and maintenance fees for the use of Vietnam's Internet address (IP), are detailed in Circular 208/2016/TT-BTC.- The fees for registration and maintenance of the national domain name ".vn" and the registration and maintenance fees for the use of Vietnam's Internet address (IP) are collected in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

According to Circular 208/2016/TT-BTC, the fee payers are domestic and foreign organizations and individuals who register and use the national domain name ".vn"; domestic organizations that register, allocate, manage, and use Internet addresses (IP) in Vietnam as stipulated in the Telecommunications Law and Decree 72/2013/ND-CP.
