The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issues Circular 15/2017/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the criteria and standards for the accreditation of vocational education quality.
criteria, benchmarks, and evaluation points for vocational education centers are specified in Circular 15 as follows:
Criteria:
- Criterion 1 - Objectives, mission, organization, and management;- Criterion 2 - Training activities;- Criterion 3 - Teachers, management staff, public employees, and workers;- Criterion 4 - Programs and teaching materials;- Criterion 5 - Facilities and training equipment;- Criterion 6 - Financial management;- Criterion 7 - Student services;- Criterion 8 - Quality monitoring and evaluation.
Benchmarks: Quality assessment criteria for vocational education centers stipulated in Appendix 01 attached to Circular 15.
Evaluation points: Each standard that meets the requirements is awarded 2 points, while a standard that does not meet the requirements is awarded 0 points. A standard is considered to have met the requirements if the center complies with it and maintains compliance for at least 01 year up to the evaluation date.
