Regulations on Badges of Officers, Public Employees and Employees of the Inland Waterway Port Authority in Vietnam

1. Insignia on the Hat: peach-shaped, black-blue background; inside is a circle with a diameter of 2.5 cm, yellow border, red background, with a yellow star in the middle; on both sides of the circle are 02 yellow rice ears; outside the two rice ears is a peach-shaped yellow border, the widest horizontal span is 4.4 cm; on the outermost layer are 02 golden yellow pine branches, with a maximum height of 6.5 cm, width of 7.5 cm; below the base of the 02 rice ears is a half-wheel shape and a supporting base block. The material is yellow brass plate with a thickness of 0.8 mm; the button leg, bolt, and nut are made of brass.

2. Insignia on the Sleeve: shield-shaped with the widest width being 07 cm, height 09 cm, made of black-blue fabric, with long rice ears on both sides; around the shield is a yellow border, at the top are the yellow words "CẢNG VỤ ĐƯỜNG THỦY NỘI ĐỊA", in the middle is the logo of the Inland Waterway Port Authority, on both sides of the logo are the words "CẢNG VỤ ĐƯỜNG THỦY NỘI ĐỊA KHU VỰC ..." in Vietnamese and "PORT AUTHORITY OF INLAND WATERWAY AREA N°..." in English in yellow. The details on the insignia are embroidered with yellow thread.

3. Insignia on the Collar: rhombus-shaped with a 60-degree sharp angle, the long side is 5.5 cm, the short side is 3.5 cm; bordered with 0.3 cm wide golden metal; black-blue fabric background, in the middle is the logo of the Inland Waterway Port Authority made of metal.

4. Insignia Samples for officials and public employees and staff of the Inland Waterway Port Authority in Vietnam are specified in Appendix III issued with Circular 26/2017/TT-BGTVT.
