Regulations on application for appraisal of results of science and technology tasks in Vietnam (illustrative image)

Article 19 of Circular 02/2015/TT-BKHCN stipulates that organizations and individuals, before applying the results of science and technology task as specified in Article 14, Article 15, and Article 16, shall send 01 dossier directly or by post to the Appraisal Agency. The appraisal application includes:

1. Application form for evaluation and appraisal by the organization or individual applying the results of the science and technology task implementation.
2. Document permitting the application from the organization or individual presiding over the science and technology task results.
3. Documentation on the results of the task implementation: Approved science and technology task proposal (if any); Report on the results of the task implementation and accompanying documents; Decision on the establishment of the Acceptance Committee and the evaluation minutes of the Acceptance Committee at all levels (if any).
4. Detailed explanation on the application of the task implementation results in production and daily life.
5. Copy of the Investment Project for the application of the science and technology task implementation results (if any).
6. Copy of the establishment decision, registration of science and technology activities (for science and technology organizations) or registration of production and business activities (for enterprises) of the applying organization; Copy of the Identity Card for individuals applying.
7. Original summary of science and technology activities, production, and business operations of the applying organization or individual.
8. Copy of the Certificate of the task implementation results as prescribed (if any).
9. Copy of the Certificate of appraisal of the task implementation results already issued (if any).
10. Other documents related to the task implementation results that need appraisal.
