Regulations on Aggregate Statistical Reporting in Vietnam under Circular 04/2015/TT-BVHTTDL

Article 2 Circular 04/2015/TT-BVHTTDL stipulates the reporting period and the deadline for receiving reports of aggregated statistical reporting policies applicable to cultural, family, and sports management agencies in provinces and centrally affiliated cities in Vietnam in the field of Culture, Family, and Sports. To be specific:

1. Reporting deadline:

The reporting date is specified at the top left corner of each statistical form. Specifically:

- Monthly report: The 5th day of the following month of the reporting month;

- Quarterly report: The 10th day of the following month of the reporting quarter;

- Semi-annual report: The 10th day of the following month of the 6-month reporting period;

- Official annual report: The 10th day of February of the following year;

- Survey report: The year following the survey.

2. Reporting period:

The statistical reporting period is a specified time during which the entities required to submit statistical reports must present their activity results in terms of data according to the statistical criteria in the statistical report forms. The statistical reporting period is calculated according to the Gregorian calendar and includes:

- Monthly statistical report: The monthly statistical report is calculated from the 1st to the last day of the month;

- Quarterly statistical report: The quarterly statistical report is calculated from the 1st day of the first month of the reporting period to the last day of the third month of the reporting period;

- Semi-annual statistical report: The semi-annual statistical report is calculated from the 1st day of the first month of the reporting period to the last day of the sixth month of the reporting period;

- Annual statistical report: The annual statistical report is calculated from the 1st day of the first month of the reporting period to the last day of the twelfth month of the reporting period.

Additionally, this Circular specifies the methods for submitting reports including:

- Reports must be sent to the recipient in both of the following forms: The report must be in written form and an electronic data file in Excel format (attached to an email) sent to the reporting unit;

- The written statistical report must have the signature and seal of the head of the reporting unit.
