Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCN regulating the assessment and acceptance of results from the implementation of national-level science and technology tasks funded by the state budget in Vietnam.

Circular 11/2014/TT-BKHCN stipulates the registration, storage, and recognition of the results of implementing national-level scientific and technological tasks in Vietnam as follows:
Registration and storage of Results of Implementing National-level Tasks: Organizations conducting the registration and storage of results of scientific and technological tasks not using state budget funds are encouraged to register and preserve them at competent authorities according to regulations after obtaining a result appraisal document from the state science and technology management authority.
Documentation for Recognizing Implementation Results, includes:
- Minutes of the evaluation and acceptance council meeting;
- A copy of the registration certificate of the implementation results;
- A report on the completion of the evaluation and acceptance documentation according to Form 10 in the Appendix issued with this Circular;
- Opinions of experts or independent consulting organizations (if any).
Recognition of Implementation Results: Within 10 working days from receiving all documents as stipulated above, the head of the ministry presiding over the task is responsible for considering and issuing a decision to recognize the implementation results according to Form 11 in the Appendix issued with this Circular.
