On October 29, 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 16/2018/TT-BNNPTNT detailing the regulations on registration dossiers and reporting changes in information.

Circular 16 stipulates regulations for the appraisal and issuance of a Certificate of Food Safety, supplementing the Export List and the registration dossiers including:

Notice for establishments with appraisal results for the issuance of a Certificate of Food Safety that will be added to the Export List not meeting requirements, registration dossiers: Report on rectifying errors and discrepancies.

For periodic appraisal assessments of food safety conditions in the form of post-certification inspections, the establishment shall submit a report on changes in information according to the form.

The establishment shall submit 01 set of registration documents to the Appraisal Agency through one of the following methods: Direct submission, postal mail; fax, email, or online registration.
