On November 28, 2022, the State Treasury announced the recruitment of State Treasury civil servants 2022.

1. Number of exam quotas for recruiting State Treasury civil servants in Vietnam

According to the Notice on Recruitment of State Treasury civil servants 2022, the total number of targets for the 2022 State Treasury civil servant recruitment exam is 740, of which:

- Professional Specialist position: 282 targets, including 265 targets at the Provincial State Treasury and 17 targets at the State Treasury agency;

- Accountant position: 396 targets including 391 targets at the Provincial State Treasury and 05 targets at the State Treasury agency;

- Information Technology Specialist position: 46 targets including 33 targets at the Provincial State Treasury and 13 targets at the State Treasury Agency (including 2 positions: 04 positions of Software and Database Informatics Specialist and 09 positions of Infrastructure Management Informatics Specialist);

- Clerk position: 16 targets at the Provincial State Treasury;

2. Registration dossier for State Treasury civil servant recruitment in Vietnam

Those who meet the conditions stated in the Notice on Recruitment of State Treasury civil servants 2022 must submit 02 sets of civil servant recruitment registration forms to the State Treasury, where they register for recruitment, each candidate can only register to apply for 01 position at 01 unit. Specifically, each set of Application Registration Form includes the following documents:

(1) Examination registration form according to attached Form No. 01.

Candidates must fill out the application according to the instructions on the application form, which can be handwritten or typed, but must sign on each page of the registration form.

(2) Photocopy of diploma and academic transcript, including: For diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, candidates must submit photocopies of diplomas, academic transcripts with certified Vietnamese translations, and photocopies of diploma recognition papers according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

In cases where a diploma is exempt from carrying out diploma recognition procedures as prescribed in Article 5 of Circular 13/2021/TT-BGDDT, candidates must submit documents proving that their diploma is exempt from diploma recognition procedures according to regulations.

(3) Cases of exemption from the foreign language test:

- In the event that the applicant is exempt from taking the foreign language test, a photocopy of one of the following documents is required:

+ University or post-graduate diploma in foreign languages;

+ Undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions and recognized in Vietnam according to regulations;

+ Ethnic minority language certificate or birth certificate for candidates applying for civil service positions working in ethnic minority areas;

(4) In cases where candidates are subject to priority in civil servant recruitment, submit a priority certificate, specifically:

- For Heroes of the Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, war invalids, policy beneficiaries such as war invalids, and category B invalids, submit a copy of "Hero of the Armed Forces"; “Hero of Labor”; Invalids card; "Decided to enjoy the same policy as war invalids";

- For children of martyrs, children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of policy beneficiaries such as war invalids, children of category B war invalids, biological children of resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals, children of Anh Trang, Children of Labor heroes, submit the following documents:

+ Copy of "Certificate of martyrs' families"; Invalids card; Patient type; "Decided to enjoy the same policy as war invalids"; "Decision on subsidies for resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals"; “Hero of the Armed Forces”; “Hero of Labor”;

+ Certificate of eligibility for preferential treatment certified by the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs at the district level or higher.

- For military officers, police officers, serving professional soldiers, people doing cipher work changing branches, students graduating from reserve officer training, graduating from training for commanders of commune-level military commands of the grassroots military sector are awarded the rank of reserve officers and have registered for the rank of reserve officers, persons who have completed military service, the obligation to participate in the People's Police, or members of the Youth Volunteer Team: submit the Demobilization Decision or documents confirming completion of military service or People's Police obligation,...

- For ethnic minorities: Submit a birth certificate clearly stating ethnic minority status. In case the birth certificate does not clearly state ethnic group, add the household registration book and identity card.

(5) 03 envelopes clearly stating the full name, phone number, and address of the recipient (candidate or relative); 02 photos (size 4cm x 6cm) taken within the last 6 months up to the time of notification, clearly stating the full name and date of birth.
