This is one of the important provisions stipulated in Circular 151/2016/TT-BTC guiding the operational mechanisms for enterprises and employees at defense and security enterprises as specified in Decree 93/2015/ND-CP.
Policies, the policies of employees in defense and security enterprises are stipulated in Circular 151/2016/TT-BTC as follows:
- The salary of workers who are officers, professional soldiers, workers, public employees in defense and non-commissioned officers is calculated in accordance with the policies and regulations of the law for officers and professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and based on the business production results of enterprises according to current regulations on labor management, salary, and bonuses for employees working in single-member limited liability companies owned by the State and the guiding documents of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.- When performing defense and security tasks, if an employee is injured or dies and meets the conditions and standards, they will be considered and recognized as a person of merit according to the provisions of the law on persons with merit; employees suffering from occupational accidents will receive occupational accident policies according to labor laws and guiding documents of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security.
