Recently, Hanoi issued Decree 115/2020/ND-CP on the recruitment, employment, and management of Vietnamese public employees.
Recruitment of Vietnamese public employees must be publicly announced on mass media
According to Article 14 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, the announcement and receipt of recruitment registration forms are regulated as follows:
Agencies and units with recruitment authority must publicly announce recruitment at least once on one of the following mass media platforms: print newspapers, online newspapers, radio, or television. At the same time, it must be posted on their electronic information portal or website and publicly posted at the headquarters of the recruiting agency or unit.
The recruitment announcement must include:
Any changes to the recruitment announcement must be made before the start of the recruitment process and must be publicly announced according to regulations.
Candidates may submit their registration forms according to Form No. 01 issued with this Decree at the designated location, via postal service, or through the electronic information portal or website of the recruiting agency or unit.
The deadline for receiving registration forms is 30 days from the date of the public announcement of recruitment on mass media, electronic information portal, or the website of the recruiting agency or unit.
