The Supreme People's Procuracy issued Notice 38/TB-VKSTC dated March 3, 2023, regulating the recruitment of civil servants at the Supreme People's Procuracy in 2023.

Notice 38

1. Recruit 05 civil servants at the Supreme People's Procuracy in Vietnam 2023

The Supreme People's Procuracy stipulates the number and positions to be recruited as follows: Recruitment of 04 civil servants to perform professional tasks of procuracy and 01 civil servant to perform professional work of foreign affairs and international cooperation.

2. Conditions for registering for civil servant recruitment at the Supreme People's Procuracy in Vietnam 2023

Notice 38/TB-VKSTC regulates the conditions for recruiting civil servants at the Supreme People's Procuracy in 2023 as follows:

2.1. General conditions and standards

- Be a Vietnamese citizen and currently residing in Vietnam;

- Age to apply: 18 years old or older; for men, no more than 35 years old; for women, no more than 30 years old.

- Have an application registration form; have a clear background; have good political and moral qualities; About personal and family political history:

+ Do not violate the regulations of the People's Procuracy on internal political protection; No conviction is;

+ Not being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving or having completely served a criminal judgment or decision of the Court whose criminal record has not been erased, is being subjected to administrative measures, and is being sent to a medical treatment facility or educational facility;

+ Not a person who has been disciplined by another agency from reprimand or higher or is currently under disciplinary review; has been pre-selected by units in the People's Procuracy sector.

- Healthy enough to work according to the conclusion of the competent medical agency; no deformities, disabilities, stuttering, or lisp; Men are 1.60m tall and weigh 50kg or more; women are 1.55m tall and weigh 45kg or more.

- Have a foreign language certificate with a level equivalent to level 2 of Vietnam's foreign language competency framework as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgating a 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam;

- Have an information technology certificate with a standard level of skills in using basic information technology as prescribed in Circular No. 03/2014/TTBTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Ministry of Information and Communications, which stipulates standards for skills in using information technology or equivalent applied informatics certificates.

2.2. Specific standard conditions

- For vacancies for professional and professional work of the prosecutor: have a Master's degree in law or higher; graduate with excellent or excellent post-graduate degrees from overseas educational institutions recognized as equivalent on diplomas and certificates according to the provisions of law; Have an IELTS English certificate of 6.0 or higher.

- For recruitment positions working in foreign affairs and international cooperation: have a Bachelor's degree or higher, graduated from a university with excellent grades at an equivalent recognized overseas educational institution on diplomas and certificates according to the provisions of law; Have an IELTS English certificate of 7.0 or higher.

In case of other subjects, the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy will consider and decide.

3. Application for civil servant recruitment by the Supreme People's Procuracy in Vietnam

  Applicants for civil servant recruitment must submit:

- 01 application form (according to the form) for a job position;

- Pre-qualification form (for candidates who are not students of Hanoi University of Procuracy);

- 01 set of copies of diplomas, transcripts, and certificates in a foreign language must be submitted along with a Vietnamese translation certified by a competent authority for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees issued by a training facility abroad. Candidates must also submit a certificate of diploma recognition from the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training for the correct position, authenticated by a competent agency.

- The person registering for civil servant recruitment must fully declare the required contents in the application registration form up to the time of submitting the form and is responsible for the accuracy of the information declared in the form.

4. Location to receive applications for civil servant recruitment by the Supreme People's Procuracy in Vietnam

The location for receiving applications is as follows:

- Submit directly to Room 1110, Supreme People's Procuracy headquarters, or send by post (if the ballot is sent by post, count from the date of sending according to the postmark on the envelope).

- The recruitment registration form is attached to this Notice on the Supreme People's Procuracy's website at: http://www.vksndtc.gov.vn/.

- The applicant must submit 03 stamped envelopes clearly stating the applicant's receiving address. The deadline for receiving recruitment registration forms from applicants is 30 days from the date of the public recruitment announcement on the mass media and on the website of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

- Within 30 days from the date of receiving notification of admission, the successful candidate must go to the place to submit the application registration form to complete the recruitment profile according to regulations and present original copies of diplomas and certificates, learning outcomes, and priority subjects (if any).

- If the successful candidate has a legitimate reason for not being able to complete the recruitment documents, he or she must apply for an extension before the deadline to complete the documents. The time to request an extension is no more than 15 days from the expiration date of completing the recruitment dossier.

- After the successful candidate completes the recruitment documents according to regulations, based on the assigned staffing targets of units in the People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Procuracy will issue a Decision on recruitment and work assignments for successful civil servants.
