Recognition dossier for individuals involved in revolutionary activities before January 1, 1945

Here are the notable contents stipulated in Circular 202/2013/TT-BQP issued by the Minister of Defense, guiding the order and procedures for recognition; the organization of the implementation of preferential policies for individuals who have rendered services to the revolution under the responsibility of the Ministry of Defense.

According to the provisions in Circular 202/2013/TT-BQP, the dossier for recognition of revolutionaries active before January 1, 1945, and revolutionaries active from January 1, 1945, to the August Uprising in 1945 includes the following documents:

- A declaration of the revolutionary activities (Form LT1 or Form TKN1), certified by the People's Committee of the commune, ward, commune-level town (hereinafter referred to as the commune-level People's Committee). In the case where the revolutionary has passed away, the declaration will be made by a representative of the family or the person worshipping them (Form LT2 or Form TKN2), accompanied by the Authorization Minutes (Form UQ).

- A certified copy (both sides) of the retirement decision or the personal dossier of retired military officials, or the decision of demobilization, discharge, or the death certificate (in case of martyrdom or death) and one of the documents specified in Article 6 or Article 12 of Decree No. 31/2013/ND-CP.

Note: Dossier: 03 sets (to be archived at the Department of Personnel/General Political Department; the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs where management and policy implementation occur; the subject or their family member).

The individual or the family member of the subject shall compile the dossier (03 sets) as prescribed and send them to the Department of Personnel/General Political Department.
