Reception and Publication of Official Gazette Documents

Circular 01 stipulates that the Official Gazette agency is responsible for receiving the official documents submitted for publication in the Official Gazette and the electronic versions; entering the list of information, attributes of documents submitted for publication in the Official Gazette: Type, number, symbol, summary of the document, issuing agency, date of issuance, date of receipt of the document, number of pages of the document; reviewing and comparing the official document and the electronic version, in case the electronic version is not accurate compared to the official document, the Official Gazette agency shall notify the issuing agency, and the issuing agency shall send the accurate electronic version on the same day to ensure timely publication in the Official Gazette.

At the same time, the publication of documents in the Official Gazette is further stipulated by Circular 01 as follows:

- Documents are published in the Official Gazette in the order of receipt, with documents received first being published first, and according to the urgency of the document;- In the Official Gazette publication, documents are arranged into three parts: legislative documents, other legal documents, international treaties (if any); documents are organized according to the hierarchy of the issuing agency, by legal value from high to low, and document numbers in ascending order; if the issuing agencies are at the same level, they are arranged alphabetically or numerically from smallest to largest;- A document is published in the same Official Gazette publication, for long documents it must be published in consecutive editions of the Official Gazette.
