Circular 10/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates the responsibilities and handling of violations in transportation activities by automobiles, issued by the Minister of Transport on April 15, 2015.

Circular 10/2015/TT-BGTVT stipulates the withdrawal of signage and badges for 01 month of the violating vehicle in the following cases:
- Passenger transport vehicles operating on fixed routes, tourist transport, contractual transport, freight transport vehicles, as well as container transport vehicles, will have their signage or badges withdrawn for 01 month if they receive 03 administrative penalties within a continuous month for overloading passengers, luggage, or goods beyond the allowed load or improperly loading goods on the vehicle.
- Vehicles violating regulations related to the posting of required information (not posting, insufficient posting, incorrect posting, or not posting as required within 10 days from the date of receiving a reminder text).
- Passenger transport vehicles operating on fixed routes that do not comply with Section 12 Article 6; shuttle bus services engaged in direct business transactions; and internal transport vehicles used for business purposes.
- During the period when the vehicle's signage and badges are withdrawn due to violations, the unit must return the signage and badges to the Transportation Department within 07 days from the date of the Decision on withdrawal. If they do not return or delay the return of the signage and badges as stipulated, the Transportation Department will not reissue the signage and badges for the vehicle in question within a 06-month period.
- Contractual passenger transport vehicles and tourist transport vehicles violating Section 1 or Section 3 Article 8 (excluding violations stipulated in Sections 1, 11, 13, 14, and 15 of Article 6).
- Taxis, buses, contractual passenger transport vehicles, tourist transport vehicles, freight transport vehicles, and container transport vehicles violating Section 11 Article 6 of this Circular, or failing to provide or providing incorrect mandatory information from the vehicle's journey monitoring device to the competent authority.
- Passenger transport vehicles operating on fixed routes violating Section 5 Article 6 of this Circular.
