Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of the notification, the submitting unit is responsible for completing the dossier and resending it to the Emulation and Commendation Department for appraisal.- No later than 05 working days from the date the sector's Emulation and Commendation Council of the Ministry of Justice meets to review or collect opinions from its members, the Emulation and Commendation Department completes the procedures as prescribed for submission to the Minister, except in cases decided by the Minister of Justice.
