On June 15, 2015, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 06/2015/BTP stipulating details and providing guidance on the implementation of several provisions of the Notarization Law.

The notary public requesting the reissuance of the Notary Card, in accordance with Clause 2 Article 36 of the Notary Law, must submit directly or send via postal service one (1) set of documents to the Department of Justice where they registered their practice. Circular 06/2015/BTP stipulates the dossier includes the following documents:
- Request for reissuance of the Notary Card;- One (1) portrait photo sized 2 cm x 3 cm (photo taken no more than 6 months before the submission date);- The currently used Notary Card (in case the card is damaged).
Within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the complete and valid dossier, the Department of Justice will reissue the Notary Card; in case of refusal, a written notification stating the reasons must be provided.
Furthermore, the Circular stipulates that the reissued Notary Card will retain the original card number.
Additionally, concerning the revocation of the Notary Card, Circular 06 stipulates that within 15 days from the date the Minister of Justice decides to dismiss a notary public pursuant to Clause 4, Article 15 of the Notary Law, or within 7 working days from the date of receiving the notification from the notary practice organization in accordance with Clause 3, Article 35 of the Notary Law, the Department of Justice where the notary public is registered for practice shall cancel the practice registration, issue a decision to revoke the Notary Card, and send this decision to the person whose card is revoked, the notary practice organization where that person practices, and the Ministry of Justice, simultaneously publishing information about the card revocation on the Department of Justice’s online portal.
