This is a noteworthy new point stated in Regulation No. 05-QD/TW regarding the admission of individuals who violate population policy and family planning into the Communist Party, replacing Regulation No. 173-QD/TW.
Supplement additional cases where non-admission to the Communist Party for the public who have violated population policies and family planning due to having a fifth child or more.
At the same time, Regulation 05 clearly states: Communist Party members who have been expelled from the Communist Party and subsequently violate population policies and family planning will not be considered for re-admission to the Communist Party.
Thus, compared to Regulation 173-QD/TW, Regulation 05 no longer mentions the following cases where re-admission and admission to the Communist Party are not considered:
- Communist Party members who, after being expelled from the Communist Party for various violations, again violate population policies and family planning.- Communist Party members who violate population policies and family planning and are expelled from the Communist Party according to Decision 09-QD/TW dated March 24, 2011, by the Politburo on the supplementation and amendment of Article 7, Regulation 94-QD/TW dated October 15, 2007, by the Xth Politburo on the discipline of party members who violate population policies and family planning;- The public who have violated population policies and family planning two or more times.
For more details, refer to Regulation 05-QDi/TW, officially effective from August 28, 2018.
