Article 7 of Circular 06/2020/TT-BKHDT stipulates the verification of information in the call for expression of interest notice, pre-qualification notice, and bid invitation notice in Vietnam as follows:

- bidding Newspaper is responsible for verifying the information in the call for expression of interest notice, pre-qualification notice, and bid invitation notice posted by the Department of Planning and Investment and the bidding party.

- In case invalid information is detected, bidding Newspaper shall notify the Department of Planning and Investment and the bidding party within 02 working days from the date the information is posted on the System. The notification shall be carried out via the System, email, mobile application, or other information channels in Vietnam.

- Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the notification, the Department of Planning and Investment and the bidding party must amend the posted content according to bidding Newspaper’s notification.

- After the deadline specified at point c of this clause, if the invalid information has not been amended, the System will publicly disclose the invalid information. The posting unit must bear legal responsibility for the content of the information posted.

For posting on bidding Newspaper: The call for expression of interest notice, pre-qualification notice, and bid invitation notice shall be extracted and posted in bidding Newspaper for 01 issue within 02 working days from the date the information is posted on the System and deemed valid. The cost of posting information is carried out according to the provisions of clause 1 Article 24 of Circular 11/2019/TT-BKHDT.
