This is an important content stipulated in Circular 05/2011/TT-TTCP Regulations on anti-corruption in the inspection sector issued by the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam on January 10, 2011.
Publicity and Transparency in organizational and personnel affairs in Vietnam(Illustrative Image)
According to Article 18 of Circular 05/2011/TT-TTCP, regulations on transparency in organizational and personnel affairs in Vietnam are as follows:
Transparency in the form of issuing publications, written notifications within the agency, unit about the policies of the Communist Party, State laws, processes, and rules of the agency regarding organizational and personnel affairs.
Transparency in the recruitment of officials and public employees in Vietnam:
Announcement through mass media appropriate to the recruitment target and posting at the agency's headquarters:
- No later than 15 working days for the quantity, standards, form, recruitment time, after the recruitment plan is approved;
- No later than 03 working days for the results of the preliminary selection, examination, recruitment results after being approved.
- Transparency in the form of written notice within the agency about the planning, criteria for training, appointment, grade transfer, rotation, mobilization for officials and public employees after approval;
- Posting at the agency and notifying in writing to subordinate units the list of candidates, the list of selected individuals for training, appointment, grade transfer, rotation, mobilization, commendation.
