Publication of the Water Area Boundaries of Da Nang Seaport in the Da Nang Bay Area

Accordingly, the scope of the Da Nang seaport waters in the area of Da Nang bay is stipulated in Circular 02 as follows:

- Sea boundary: limited by the straight line connecting two points DN1 and DN2 with the following coordinates:

- DN1: 16º12’34.00’’N, 108º12’24.00’’E (southern edge of Son Cha island);- DN2: 16º09’20.04’’N, 108º14’56.52’’E (northwestern edge of Son Tra peninsula).

- Land boundary:

- From point DN2, following the coastline of Da Nang bay westward to Son Tra peninsula, continuing through the safety corridor downstream of Man Quang bridge and along the Da Nang bay shoreline to point DN3 with coordinates 16º06’37.00’’N, 108º13’36.00’’E;- From point DN3 connecting by a straight line to point DN4 with coordinates 16º06’37.00’’N, 108º13’03.00’’E;- From point DN4 connecting by a straight line to point DN5 (located on the right bank of the Han river from the sea inwards) with coordinates 16º05’40.00’’N, 108º13’06.00’’E;- From point DN5, continuing along the coastline westwards of Da Nang bay, through Nam O cape and Isabelle cape, to the north of Da Nang bay to point DN6 with coordinates 16º12’34.00’’N, 108º11’41.00’’E (eastern coastline of Hai Van pass, adjacent to Thua Thien Hue province);- From point DN6, connecting by a straight line to point DN7 with coordinates 16º12’41.00’’N, 108º12’03.00’’E (southwestern edge of Son Cha island) and following the southwestern shoreline of Son Cha island, ending at point DN1.
