Article 12 of Circular 12/2015/TT-BCA stipulates that the verification team must organize the announcement of the Decision on Handling or the Decision on Verifying the Accusation Content.

1. Participants in the announcement include:

- Representative of the inspection agency, functional agency assigned to verify the content of the accusation; Verification team of the accusation content;

- Collective leadership in the case where the accused is an agency, organization, or unit;

- For the accused who are Communist Party members, leaders of agencies, organizations, or units, the participants include: The collective Standing Committee or Communist Party Committee, the collective leadership of the agency, organization, or unit of the accused, and representatives of other organizations (if any);

- For the accused who are officials not holding a position, the participants include: The leadership of the agency, organization, or unit of the accused, representatives of other organizations (if any), and the accused.

2. Content of the announcement:

- The Team Leader of the Verification Team announces the Decision on Handling or the Decision on Verifying;

- State the requirements regarding the provision of files, documents, explanations of the agency, organization, unit, or individual being accused; notify the working schedule of the Verification Team.

Note:

- The announcement of the Decision on Handling or the Decision on Verifying the Accusation Content is documented with the signature of the Team Leader of the Verification Team, representatives of the agency, unit of the accused, and the agency, organization, unit, or individual being accused. The record is made in triplicate, with one copy handed to the agency, organization, unit, or individual being accused, one to the representative of the accused's agency, organization, or unit, and one kept in the accusation resolution file.

- For the accused under the management of the local executive committee, if necessary, the person handling the accusation or the Head of the inspection agency or other agency assigned to verify the accusation may request the local executive committee to assign an officer of the Communist Party Inspection Committee to join the Verification Team.
