Proposal Dossier for the Consideration of the Ho Chi Minh Prize, the State Prize for Literature and Art

The application for the "Ho Chi Minh Award," "State Award" in Literature and Art is amended and supplemented by Decree 133 as follows:

1. The dossier includes:

- Registration form for literary and artistic works and projects proposed for the "Ho Chi Minh Award," "State Award" in literature and art;- Copies, photographs of the works and projects proposed for the "Ho Chi Minh Award," "State Award" printed on A4 size paper, accompanied by basic information on the year and month of publication; summary of the content of the works;- Certified copies of the Decision on award or Certification of Award for the works and projects;- For literary and artistic works and projects of foreign authors, if the dossier uses a foreign language, a certified Vietnamese translation must be attached;- Other documents related to the works and projects (if any).

2. The author registering literary and artistic works and projects proposed for the "Ho Chi Minh Award" or "State Award" shall submit 01 dossier directly or by post to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism or the Central Literature and Art Association in case the author is a member within the time specified in the Plan.

In cases where the author has passed away, the legal representative of the author or the Executive Committee of the Literature and Art Association where the author was a member, after reaching an agreement with the legal representative of the author, shall register the literary and artistic works and projects proposed for the "Ho Chi Minh Award" or "State Award" as prescribed.
