To be specific, Article 53 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates the application dossier for extending the term of managing positions for public employees until retirement age includes:

- A proposal on extending the term of the managing position until retirement age signed by the head of the agency or unit (in cases submitted to higher authorities for the decision) or signed by the head of the advisory department on personnel organization (in cases where the head of the agency or unit decides).- Meeting minutes and the result of the vote on extending the term of the managing position by the collective leadership of the unit;- A resume filled out by the individual according to the prescribed form, confirmed by the directly managing unit, with a color photo sized 4x6 taken within the last 6 months;- A self-assessment report on the performance of duties during the term of the managing position;- Conclusion of the competent party committee on political standards;- Comments from the residential party cell on the individual and their family. In cases where the individual's place of residence is different from that of the family, comments from both the party cell of the individual's residence and the family’s residence are required;- Asset and income declaration according to the prescribed form;- Health certificate issued by a competent medical facility within the last 6 months.
