Promulgation of the Waters of the Seaport Area in Nha Trang Bay Region

As stipulated in Circular 20/2019/TT-BGTVT, the water area of the Nha Trang Bay port includes:

Boundaries on the sea side:

- Bounded by straight segments connecting points in the following order: NT1, NT2, NT3, and NT4 with the following coordinates:

- NT1: 12°14’14,0”N, 109°16’00,0”E (Mui Ba Co - Bac Hon Tre);- NT2: 12°16’00,0”N, 109°13’42,0”E;- NT3: 12°16’00,0”N, 109°13’04,0”E (Hon Cut Chim);- NT4: 12°12’58,0”N, 109°12’32,0”E (Truong Tay, Vinh Nguyen ward).

- Bounded by straight segments connecting points in the following order: NT5, NT6, and NT7 with the following coordinates:

- NT5: 12°09’17,0”N, 109°13’21,0”E;- NT6: 12°09’17,0”N, 109°16’48,0”E;- NT7: 12°11’03,0”N, 109°16’48,0”E.

Boundaries on the mainland side:

- From point NT4, run along the coastline southward to the Tac River area, follow the left bank of the Tac River to the safety corridor downstream of the Binh Tan road bridge to point BT1 with coordinates 12°12’27,9”N, 109°11’18,8”E, run along the safety corridor downstream of the Binh Tan bridge to the right bank of the Tac River to point BT2 with coordinates 12°12’18,4”N, 109°11’18,4”E, follow the riverbank toward the mouth of the Tac River, continue southward along the coastline to point NT5.- From point NT7, run along the west coast of Hon Tre Island northward, pass Mui Nam, to Mui Lang, and connect with point NT1.
