Promulgating the list of group 2 commodities under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam

The Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam issued Circular No. 04/2018/TT-BTTTT on the list of potentially unsafe commodities under its management.

Enclosed with Circular No. 04/2018/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam are the list of potentially unsafe commodities (hereinafter referred to as “the list of category 2 commodities”), to be specific:

- “The list of information technology and communications commodities subject to declaration and certification of conformity” is provided in the Appendix I hereof.

- “The list of information technology and communications commodities subject to declaration of conformity” is provided in the Appendix II hereof.

Note: The Circular No. 42/2016/TT-BTTTT of the Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam shall continue to apply to the commodities already granted the certificate of conformity before July 01, 2018 until the expiry date specified in the certificate of conformity.
