Promulgating Guidelines for the Equitization Process of State-owned Enterprises

To be specific, Article 6 of Circular 155/2019/TT-BQP stipulates the process for converting state-owned enterprises and one-member limited liability companies with 100% charter capital invested by state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Defense into joint-stock companies (enterprise equitization) to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of Decree 126/2017/ND-CP, detailed in Appendix I issued with Circular 155.

Additionally, the process for handling defense land at equitized enterprises is implemented according to the provisions of Articles 13 and 30 of Decree 126/2017/ND-CP, detailed in Appendix II issued with this Circular.

Notably, equitized enterprises must publicly and transparently disclose information as stipulated in Article 11 of Decree 126/2017/ND-CP, and must also post it on the Military Economics Sector Portal (www.ckt.gov.vn); and report to the Equitization Steering Committee for monitoring, guidance, and direction.
