Promotion Examination for Public Employee Professional Title in the Social Work Sector from Grade III to Grade II

1. General Knowledge Exam

Exam format: Written.

Duration: 180 minutes.

Content: assessment of knowledge on the policies and directions of the Communist Party, State policies and laws on social security in general and social work specifically; perspectives, strategic development orientation, policy formulation capabilities, and understanding of specialized, professional laws related to the position of main social worker (rank II).

The extent and structure of the exam and content related to the field of assessment are 70% of the exam content and 30% on public employee law.

2. Professional and Occupational Exam

Exam format: Multiple choice (on computer or paper) or practical (interview or presentation) decided by the Exam Council.

Duration: Multiple choice 45 minutes or practical 30 minutes/person.

Content: assessment of knowledge and problem-solving capabilities in practical issues associated with the standard of professional expertise and competency for rank II professional titles in the field of assessment; discussions on professional issues within the scope of responsibilities.

3. Foreign Language Exam

Exam format: Written;

Duration: 90 minutes;

Content: assessment of skills: reading comprehension, writing at level 3 according to the standard of professional title rank II.

4. Informatics Exam

Exam format: Multiple choice or practical on computer;

Duration: 45 minutes;

Content: assessment of understanding of the Windows operating system, usage of Microsoft Office applications, and Internet usage.
