Project on organizing training and professional development for officers and experts to serve science and technology development in Vietnam​ (illustrative image)

Article 11 of Circular 32/2014/TT-BKHCN stipulates criteria, conditions for selection, and support content for the project organizing training courses for officials and experts to serve the development of the science and technology market in Vietnam as follows:

Criteria and Conditions for Selection

- Organizations with the function and duty of training, fostering knowledge related to the development of the science and technology market;

- Have a team of officials, experts, and collaborators with adequate expertise suitable for the work of developing the science and technology market;

- Have a training program framework and teaching materials framework suitable to the purpose and practical needs of the trainees approved or accepted by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Support Content

- Training, fostering, and coaching domestically and abroad, online training on electronic information networks about management skills, organization, and operation of activities developing the science and technology market;

- Training, fostering, and coaching domestically and abroad, online training on electronic information networks about professional operations serving the work of developing the science and technology market;

- Compiling, publishing technical documents, sample documents, guidelines on technology transactions, commercialization of scientific research results, and technology development, intellectual property; providing and guiding the exploitation of technology information, scientific research results, and technology development, intellectual property;

- Building and organizing the implementation of expert and intern exchange programs to share commercialization experiences of scientific research results and technology development, intellectual property between domestic and foreign research institutes and training institutions.
