This is a notable content issued by the Minister of Transport in Circular 32/2014/TT-BGTVT providing guidance on the management and operation of rural transportation roads.
Currently, rural transportation roads (GTNT) include: commune trunk roads, inter-commune roads, village trunk roads; roads within residential alleys and equivalent residential points; and main intra-field roads. The management and operation of GTNT roads must be tightened to meet the requirements of Circular 32/2014/TT-BGTVT as follows:
- The management and operation of GTNT roads must ensure traffic safety, road construction safety, and safety for people, property, and other constructions within the safety corridor of GTNT roads, as well as fire prevention and environmental protection.- When put into operation, GTNT roads must meet the quality standards as prescribed.- It is strictly prohibited for any organization or individual to perform the following acts:
- Unauthorized removal, installation, or any act of sabotage that diminishes the effectiveness of GTNT road components and items;- Encroachment or illegal use of the GTNT road safety corridor;- Unauthorized use of components and items belonging to GTNT road constructions or GTNT road land;- Unauthorized installation of water supply or drainage pipes, power lines, fiber optic cables, telecommunication cables, and other constructions into GTNT road components or items or within the GTNT road safety corridor.
