Prohibited Items in the Examination Room for Officials and Public Employees

During the official public employee recruitment, promotion examinations for official titles, and ranking upgrades for public employee professional titles, everyone is reminded not to bring the following items into the examination room.

According to the Regulations of the official public employee recruitment examination issued in conjunction with Circular 03/2019/TT-BNV, the items prohibited from being brought into the examination room include:

- Mobile phones, audio recorders, cameras, computers;

- Technical devices for receiving and transmitting information, data backup devices, other information containing and transmitting equipment;

- Papers and documents related to the exam content (unless otherwise specified by the examination regulations).

At the same time, the Regulations stipulate that official public employees are only allowed to bring pens and rulers into the examination room. When taking the exam, only one type of ink in blue or black color is allowed; other ink colors, glitter ink, fluorescent ink, and pencils are not permitted for use in the exam.

The above content outlines the items that candidates for official and public employees are not allowed to bring into the examination room. Depending on the violation, disciplinary actions will be taken in various forms such as reprimand, warning. In cases where two ink colors are used in one exam or non-conforming ink colors are used, the exam will be marked 0.
