Decree 94/2010/ND-CP on the organization of drug rehabilitation at home and in the community, which has just been issued by the Government of Vietnam, stipulates detailed procedures for registration for voluntary drug rehabilitation in the community in Vietnam.

The subjects for voluntary drug rehabilitation in the community are drug addicts residing in the community who voluntarily register for rehabilitation but are unable to undergo rehabilitation at home. According to Decree 94/2010/ND-CP, Article 13 specifies the procedures for registration for voluntary drug rehabilitation in the community in Vietnam as follows:

The drug addict or their family, guardian of a juvenile drug addict is responsible for voluntarily reporting and registering for drug rehabilitation in the community with the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee. The Rehabilitation Task Force is responsible for assisting the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee in receiving dossiers of voluntary drug rehabilitation registration in the community.
