On September 9, 2010, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 94/2010/ND-CP on the organization of drug rehabilitation at home and in the community, including regulations on procedures for registering drug rehabilitation at home.
Procedures for Registering Drug Rehabilitation at Home in Vietnam (Illustration)
Subjects for rehabilitation at home are drug addicts residing in the community who voluntarily declare and register for rehabilitation at home. Articles 9 and 10 of Decree 94/2010/ND-CP stipulate the procedures for registering for rehabilitation at home as follows:

Drug addicts or their families, guardians of underage drug addicts are responsible for voluntarily registering for rehabilitation at home with the People’s Committee of the commune where they reside. The working group assists the Chairman of the commune-level People’s Committee in receiving applications for voluntary rehabilitation at home.
