Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 19/2014/TT-BTNMT on standards and cards of specialized inspectors in the natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam.
Procedures for proposing the assignment of specialized inspectors in natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam (Illustrative image)
Circular 19/2014/TT-BTNMT regulates the process for proposing the assignment of officials to perform specialized inspection duties in natural resources and environment. Based on the proposal from the specialized inspection advisory department, the General Directors of the General Departments: Land Management, Environment, Geology, and Minerals of Vietnam decide to assign officials under their management to perform specialized inspection duties.
Dossier for proposing the assignment to perform specialized inspection duties for officials includes:
- Official Dispatch proposing from the advisory department to the General Director;
- Official’s curriculum vitae according to the current form prescribed by the State;
- Copies of university diplomas, training or certification certificates in inspection operations.
Time limit: within 07 working days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier appraised and submitted by the advisory department; the General Directors of the General Departments: Land Management, Environment, Geology, and Minerals of Vietnam issue a decision to assign officials to perform specialized inspection duties.
Note: The maximum period for assigning officials to perform specialized inspection duties is 05 years from the date the Decision takes effect.
