Procedure for Reissuing Certificates of Eligibility for Casino Business

Requirements and conditions

The duration of the re-issued Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business is the remaining operation period as stipulated in the issued Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business, re-issued or amended at the most recent time.

Step 1: Preparation of documents

The enterprise prepares 1 set of documents with the following components:

- Application for re-issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business.- A certified copy of the investment registration certificate or investment policy decision, which includes casino business activities, and the adjusted investment registration certificates or investment policy decisions (if any), or an uncertified copy accompanied by the original for verification;- A certified copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business of the enterprise that has been lost, misplaced, or damaged (if any).

Step 2: Submission of documents

- The enterprise submits 01 set of documents requesting the re-issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business to the Ministry of Finance.- Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complete and valid documents from the enterprise, the Ministry of Finance shall coordinate with relevant agencies as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 26 of Decree 03/2017/ND-CP to review and decide on the re-issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business to the enterprise, clearly stating the re-issuance. The re-issued certificate number is the previously assigned number.

Result: The Ministry of Finance re-issues the Certificate of Eligibility for Casino Business. The re-issued certificate number is the previously assigned number.
