The seal should clearly state: the delivering unit, deliverer, full name, and signature of the person sealing the box or package; the date of delivery, and the deliverer’s signature.

Note: The person whose name is on the seal is responsible for the quantity, quality, and weight of the items in the sealed package or box. The receiving unit of the sealed package or box is not responsible for the quantity, quality, and weight of the items inside the sealed package or box.
