Procedure for Conducting the Meeting of the Mineral Mine Closure Council

Accordingly, the sequence of conducting the meeting of the Mineral Mine Closure Council is stipulated by Circular 25 as follows:

- The Secretary Member announces the decision to establish the Council and introduces the attendees.- The Chairman or the authorized Vice-Chairman of the Council presides over the Council meeting.- Representatives of organizations or individuals requesting the appraisal and approval of the mineral mine closure project present the project's contents.- The Secretary Member reports a summary of the main contents of the dossier, the mineral mine closure project, and related issues.- The Chairman requests the reviewing Member to present the review comments on the contents of the mineral mine closure project.- The Council Members give their opinions, comments, and assessments on the contents of the mineral mine closure project.- Representatives of organizations or individuals requesting the appraisal and approval of the mineral mine closure project explain the comments and assessments of the Council.- The Council Members proceed with discussions; attending delegates can express their opinions (if any).- The Secretary Member compiles the review and assessment votes of the Council Members.- The Chairman announces the Council's conclusions according to the stipulated contents.- Representatives of organizations or individuals requesting the appraisal and approval of the mineral mine closure project express their opinions.- The Chairman declares the conclusion of the meeting.
