Probationer Must Keep Information Confidential Regarding Notarization Content During Probationary Period

Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP stipulates that a trainee in notarial practice must have the following obligations:

- Comply with the provisions of the Law on Notarization and related legal documents;- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the notarial practice organization accepting trainees;- Perform tasks within the training content stipulated in Article 7 of this Circular according to the assignment of the supervising notary;- Be responsible to the supervising notary and the notarial practice organization accepting trainees for the results and progress of the assigned tasks;- Submit a report on the results of notarial practice training as prescribed in Article 8 of this Circular;- Keep confidential the information about the notarial content and related information obtained during the training period;- Other obligations according to agreements with the notarial practice organization accepting trainees or according to the provisions of the law.

In addition to the obligation of compliance, a trainee in notarial practice also has the following rights:

- To be facilitated by the notarial practice organization accepting trainees to perform the training content prescribed in Article 7 of this Circular; to be entitled to remuneration as agreed with the notarial practice organization accepting trainees;- To be guided by the supervising notary on the training content, the execution of the rights and obligations of the trainee;- To request a change of the supervising notary in cases specified in Article 12 of this Circular;- To register for the examination of notarial practice training results as prescribed in Article 16 of this Circular;- Other rights according to agreements with the notarial practice organization accepting trainees or according to the provisions of the law.
