The price table for vaccination, disinfection, and sterilization services for animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals stated in the Circular is exclusive of value-added tax as per legal regulations.

The stipulated service prices in the Circular are to be collected in Vietnamese Dong.

Based on the stipulated price framework, the heads of organizations and units providing vaccination, disinfection, and sterilization services for animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals shall set specific service prices for vaccination, disinfection, and sterilization of animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals in accordance with the law.

In cases where vaccination, disinfection, and sterilization services for animals, veterinary diagnosis, and drug testing services for animals are subject to value-added tax, the organizations and units providing such services shall determine specific service prices including value-added tax.

The Circular shall take effect from January 1, 2017.
