Price range for services providing in-flight food and beverage in Vietnam from March 15, 2020

The Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has officially promulgated Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT, price and price range of aviation-related services at airports and aerodromes of Vietnam.

The price range for necessities applies to services providing food and beverage that are domestic products (does not apply to import goods). According to Article 25 of Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT stipulates the price range, which includes value-added tax, as shown in the table below:

Organizations and individuals providing specialized aviation services at airports in Vietnam must adhere to the prices and price range stipulated in Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT, and publicly list and declare prices in accordance with Circular 36/2015/TT-BGTVT dated July 24, 2015, by the Minister of Transport, on the management of domestic air transport service prices and aviation service fees and Circular 07/2017/TT-BGTVT dated March 14, 2017, by the Minister of Transport amending and supplementing some provisions of Circular 36/2015/TT-BGTVT.
