Resolution 119/2008/NQ-HDND issued mechanisms and policies for developing high-yield, high-quality intensive rice cultivation areas as follows:
- Approve Proposal No. 95/TTr-UBND dated December 16, 2008, from the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province; assign the Provincial People's Committee to coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to issue specific mechanisms and policies for developing high-yield, high-quality, and highly effective rice cultivation areas to be implemented from the Winter-Spring crop of 2009.
- The Provincial People's Committee continues to research and supplement the mechanisms and policies for developing high-yield, high-quality, and highly effective rice cultivation areas in Thanh Hoa Province and submits them to the Provincial People's Council for decision at the 13th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council.
- Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, and the delegates of the Provincial People's Council to supervise the implementation of this Resolution.
