- Employees whose names are on the regular workforce list at the time of announcing the value of the public service provider conversion can purchase shares at preferential prices based on the actual working time in the state sector according to Clause 1, Article 21 of Decision 22/2015/QD-TTg.- The actual working time in the state sector to purchase shares at preferential prices is the total actual working time in the state sector up to the time of announcing the value of the public service provider, minus the time that has been calculated to purchase shares at preferential prices previously and the time that has been calculated to receive pension, loss of labor capacity, or to receive one-time social insurance benefits.- The actual working time in the state sector is the total actual working time that the employee has worked at the converting public service provider, at state administrative agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, units belonging to the armed forces receiving salaries from the state budget, state-owned enterprises holding 100% charter capital, and other public service providers before working at the converting public service provider.
