Policies on incentives and support for forms of agricultural linkage

The State encourages the development of cooperation and linkages that connect production with the consumption of agricultural, livestock, aquaculture, forestry, and salt production products through the following preferential and support policies:

- Support for advisory costs in building linkages: The leading party in the linkage receives 100% support from the state budget for advisory costs in building linkages, with a maximum of 300 million VND.- Support for infrastructure serving linkages: Linkage projects receive 30% support from the state budget for the investment in machinery and equipment; construction of infrastructure works serving linkages, with a total support amount not exceeding 10 billion VND.- Support for agricultural extension, training, and seeds, materials, packaging, and product labels:- Building agricultural extension models;- Vocational training, technical training, enhancing management, production techniques, contract management, chain management, and market development capabilities;- Support for seeds, materials, packaging, and product labels for a maximum of 03 crops or 03 production cycles, product extraction through centralized services of cooperatives;- Budget support up to 40% of the cost for transferring and applying new scientific and technical processes, and applying synchronized technical and quality management processes according to the chain.
