Plan to implement the plan to reduce regulations related to business activities under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Vietnam
Decision 319/QD-BVHTTDL 2024 on Implementation of Plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in 2023.
The purpose of the Implementation Plan is to:
- Implement the content and deadlines specified in the Plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in 2023, as approved by the Prime Minister in Decision 1647/QD-TTg dated December 20, 2023 (hereinafter abbreviated as the Plan).
- Proactively detect and promptly amend, supplement, replace, or annul relevant regulations under authority or propose competent authorities to amend, supplement, replace, or annul Laws, Decrees and Decisions of the Prime Minister containing regulations related to necessary business activities to implement the Plan.
The requirements of this Plan are:
- The Prime Minister has issued a Decision approving the Plan, so the heads of agencies and units need to identify this as an important task, closely follow work progress, and promptly report to superiors any problems and difficulties beyond their authority to resolve to ensure implementation of the Plan.
- Agencies and units determine specifically the content of work, deadlines, expected completed products, and responsibilities of relevant agencies, units, and individuals; ensuring quality, efficiency, on-timeness, publicity, transparency, and legality during the implementation of the Plan.
- Encourage the application of the form of one document amending multiple documents when developing and promulgating documents amending, supplementing, or replacing current documents related to business activities to implement the Plan.
