On August 13, 2024, the Minister of Education and Training issued Decision 2130/QD-BGDDT approving the Implementation Plan for the Scheme "Training and refresher training of Preschool Educators and Administrators for the Period 2018-2025" for the year 2025.

The content for the plan for the Implementation of training and refresher training for preschool teachers in Vietnam for the period 2018-2025 includes:

(1) General Tasks:

Management, guidance, inspection, evaluation, and summarization of the implementation of the Scheme "Training and Professional Development of Preschool Educators and Administrators for the Period 2018-2025" for the year 2025.

(2) Innovations in Communication, Management of Training, Professional Development Activities for Teachers and Administrators of Preschool Institutions

Review, evaluate, and classify the team of teachers and administrators of preschool institutions to develop annual training and professional development plans.

(3) Innovations in Training Preschool Teachers, Enhancing the Quality of Professional Development for Teachers and Administrators of Preschool Institutions

- Review, research, prepare a summary report on the implementation of Task 16 "Building a team of key preschool teachers and administrators and experts of the Ministry of Education and Training based on a new approach to the functions and tasks of the key team, enhancing their competencies so they can use information technology, exploit and use technological equipment in organizing and managing the care and education of children and training colleagues."

- Summary conference on Task 18 "Promoting the implementation of the autonomy mechanism, especially financial autonomy in developing the preschool practice school system; forming a network of linked preschool practicum schools for students to practice teaching skills."

- National workshop on the training and professional development of lecturers specializing in preschool education and summarizing Task Scheme 33 for the period 2018-2025.

- Maintain activities and enhance the capacity of the research group specializing in preschool education oriented towards international publications.

- Training workshop "Enhancing the capacity to apply educational technology in teaching for lecturers at higher education institutions that train preschool teachers."

Note: The above content implements the tasks and solutions of Decision 33/QD-TTg in 2019 approving the Scheme for preschool education administrators for the period 2018-2025; implement tasks under Decision 1350/QD-BGDDT in 2019 issuing the Plan for implementing the Scheme "Training and Professional Development of Preschool Educators and Administrators for the Period 2018-2025."

The implementation of the Plan to carry out the tasks of the Scheme "Training and Professional Development of Preschool Educators and Administrators for the Period 2018-2025" for the year 2025 must ensure the following requirements:

- Consolidate, maintain, and augment resources to reinforce and enhance the quality of achieved and exceeded targets. Strive to complete and surpass the targets not yet achieved for the period 2018-2025, summarizing the Scheme.

- Complete the tasks and targets of Scheme 33 for the period 2018-2025, to be completed in 2025.

- Ensure the implementation of Scheme 33 is planned, measurable, and evaluative regarding the Scheme's targets.

- Enhance the inspection, evaluation, and synthesis of the results of implementing Scheme 33 for the period 2018-2025, report to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam in 2025 as stipulated, and promote communication to create consensus and support within the sector and society.

- Closely coordinate among the Ministries, agencies, management levels, and units during the implementation process to ensure the successful completion of the Scheme's objectives.
