- The Government of Vietnam agrees with the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the extension of the dissolution period of agricultural and forestry companies under the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee according to the plan and schedule outlined in the Submission No. 4004/TTr-UBND dated August 14, 2018, of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee.- Assign the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee to urgently direct relevant agencies and units to review the responsibilities of individuals and organizations that caused delays in the dissolution process; at the same time, urgently direct relevant agencies and units to resolve outstanding issues and obstacles to ensure the completion of the dissolution work.- Assign the Ministry of Planning and Investment to take the lead, in cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies, to urgently draft a Decree to replace Decree 172/2013/ND-CP, and submit it to the Government of Vietnam as stipulated.
