Pilot: Unit Price of Contractual Salary at Certain Economic Groups

According to the provisions of Decree 20/2020/ND-CP which pilots the management of labor, salary scales, salary tables; salaries, bonuses of employees and General Directors, Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountants; salaries, remunerations, and bonuses of Members of the Board of Members, Boards of Directors, Heads of Supervisory Boards, and Supervisors in 2020 applied at groups and corporations:

- Parent company - Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group.- Parent company - Vietnam Airlines Corporation - JSC.- Parent company - Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation.

To be specific, the salaries of employees and General Directors, Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountants (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Executive Board) are contracted according to the piecework salary unit price (hereinafter referred to as the contracted price) as follows:

- For the parent company - Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, the contracted price is based on a % rate on total revenue minus total costs excluding salaries, determined based on the average unit price for the 2018 - 2019 period and accounting for salary differences of direct labor performing high-tech products according to the list of high-tech products issued by the Prime Minister or relevant ministries where the company pays lower than the industry average salary on the market.

- For the parent company - Vietnam Airlines Corporation, the contracted price is based on the metric ton-kilometer with revenue, determined based on the average unit price for the 2018 - 2019 period and accounting for salary differences of Vietnamese pilots paid lower than foreign pilots.

- For the parent company - Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation, the contracted price is based on the converted kilometers of flight operations, determined based on the average unit price for the 2018 - 2019 period and including safety bonuses (if any) calculated for the projected additional employees in 2020 as required by competent state authorities for aviation security and safety objectives.

The average unit price for the 2018 - 2019 period is calculated based on the actual annual total salary fund, safety bonuses (if any) of employees and the Executive Board, divided by the metric used to calculate the contracted price in the 2018 - 2019 period.
